EAKK kirikukanooniline algus

Eesti Anglokatoliku Kiriku (EAKK) kirikukanooniline algus oli 2. mail 2012. Sel päeval võttis Rahvusvahelise Püha Katoliku Kiriku (HCCI) patriarh Paulus preester dr Heigo Ritsbeki vastu HCCI vaimulikkonda ning andis talle samal päeval mandaadi piiskopiks pühitsemise kohta. Ühtlasi pälvis ka dr Heigo Ritsbek oma eelneva vaimuliku töö ja teenimise eest Püha Jaakobuse Vanema Teoloogiaseminari audoktori kraadi (Doctor of Divinity, DD).

Fantastiline Püha Vaimu juhtimine lektsionaariumi osas, eriti evangeeliumi osas! Kui leppisime kokku esimese missa aja, ei teadnud lektsionaariumi tekste veel!

Anglican Rite

By the Grace of Almighty God we have prayerfully initiated the Anglican Rite within the Holy Catholic Church International.  We have undertaken dialog with several Anglican communities who agree with the beliefs of the Anglican Rite in the Holy Catholic Church International and who thus want to help in our humble efforts toward further unity in the Body of Christ. We are already experiencing an increase in clergy located in Africa, Europe, and the United States.  We encourage communication with individual Anglican clergy, laity and churches who have a strong desire to return to the sound Christian doctrine and Holy Traditions of the Anglican way. We also encourage communication with individual non-Anglican Christian clergy, laity and churches who have a strong desire to learn about the Anglican way and become a part of this church, which will continue to uphold the Christian faith.

May we all accept the mission our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has given us, to spread the Gospel throughout the world.  May we all, by the Grace of God, strive to fulfill the two greatest commandments:  To love the Lord our God with all our heart, with all our soul and with all our mind, and to love our neighbors as we love ourselves.  And, may we all strive to fulfill the new commandment given to us by Christ:  to love each other within the Body of Christ, the Church.  May our love for God, for our neighbors, and for each other serve as an uplifting testimony to Christ and to His Church.

True Anglicans are true Christians; may we all continue to stand firm upon the rock of our faith and proclaim that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God.  Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life, and, no-one can come to the Father except through Him.  May our worship and our daily lives be a testimony to our faith, for the praise and glory of Almighty God.
